Metrology

The measurement takes place in an air-conditioned laboratory on a 3D measuring machine Mistral, which is operated by a highly qualified measurement technician.

According to the internal regulation, here is also a quality control measurement in the following steps:

• Visual inspection before hardening – marking the part with a green label, if everything is OK.
• 3D measurement after milling – measuring technician’s stamp on the “workflow”
• 3D measurement after excavation – measuring technician’s stamp on the “workflow”
• Final inspection – the part marked by a marker with a deviation protocol and again with a signature on the workflow.

Our main activity is focused on the automotive industry, where the requirements for quality and accuracy are very high!
